This SOP outlines the steps to effectively use InsuranceXDate for accessing company information and generating reports.

Key Steps:

Step 1: Use my credentials to log in.

• Enable 2-step verification by selecting 'switch to SMS'.

• Click 'send code via SMS' to receive your verification code.

Step 2: Enter Verification Code 

• Check the activity tab in EZLynxf or the SMS code.

• Enter the received code and click 'submit'.

Step 3: Search for Company

• Locate the search bar and enter the company name.

• Be aware that the search may not always yield 100% accurate results.

Step 4: Review Company Information

• After searching, review the displayed information: 

• Agent details (if available)

• Current mod

• History of previous agents

• Contact information

• Class code and possible GL class codes.

Step 5: Utilize Talking Points 

• Access talking points for additional context during calls.

Step 6: Use Premium Calculator

• If on a call, use the premium calculator: 

• Enter the payroll amount (e.g., 60,000).

• Click 'submit' to view potential carrier options.

Step 7: Generate LostRun Deal Request

• Use the LostRunner tool to generate a LostRun deal request.

Step 8: Access LostRun Pro

• Utilize LostRun Pro for detailed reports and email information.

Step 9: Generate Reports by Carrier

• Create reports by carrier to analyze wins and losses.

Step 10: Download or Print Reports

• Preferably use the print function for reports: 

• Wait for the page to load.

• Click 'print' to generate a physical copy.

Step 11: Screenshot if Necessary

• If the print function fails, take a screenshot of the relevant information.

Step 12: Save Documentation

• Save all screenshots and printed documents to the designated file.

Cautionary Notes

• Ensure that the company name is spelled correctly to improve search accuracy.

• Be cautious when interpreting the results from the premium calculator as they may not be fully accurate.

Tips for Efficiency

• Familiarize yourself with the layout of EasyLynx to navigate quickly.

• Keep a notepad handy for jotting down important information during calls.
