Although you'll see notices going back 7 days for any carriers you add, please note that we don't backfill documents when you add carrier logins, which is why you're not seeing documents for any of the carriers you added yesterday. When you add a new carrier login, we begin pulling documents on the following day.
For future reference: on the policy notices tab of your daily report spreadsheet, in columns K and L you'll see two statuses for each notice: "Document Available" and "Document Pulled".Â
"Document Available" refers to whether or not the carrier has indicated that we should expect an associated document with that notice (not whether it's actually been made available yet)--as you may know, some carriers such as Progressive will indicate that there is going to be an associated document, but not actually upload it to their portal until several days later.Â
"Document Pulled" indicates whether we were able to actually pull a document from the carrier website or not.Â
If you see "Document Available" = TRUE but "Document Pulled" = FALSE, and the date is the day after you added a carrier login or later, this means that we're waiting for a document to be made available by the carrier, but haven't been able to find one to pull for you yet.Â
If there are specific documents that you're able to see inside the carrier portals but Adapt has not pulled for you, please let us know so we can investigate.
