The mission of rolling out these processes is to ensure the agency is following the best practices at all times. We will train all departments on these processes, quality check these processes and over time refine these processes. Each process has an author who will make sure the process is followed and updated periodically. They will also pick 1 person from each department to communicate with and to assist with quality assurance.
Each process will have a mission, a desired outcome, unacceptable outcomes, steps, what if scenarios, scripts, and more. This will be an agency effort to collaborate and find the StreetSmart Way.
Most importantly when a process is changed it must be updated on our website and communicated with the department leaders before it is changed. After it is changed, you will notify the whole agency by emailing streetsmart@streetsmart.insurance.

Check "labels" - Are they updated, tracked?
Have they been involved with Quality Assurance checking?
Did you update Google classroom with any questions or quizzes? Google Classroom Framework and Quizzes
Do we need to shoot any new video or update the documentation?
Make 6 month check ins with authors of all processes
