In line with the EZLynx automation center update on September 22, we have recently converted all our manual workflows listed below into a “Label Added” trigger which means that the workflow will only fire off once the label was added. Please make sure to follow the instructions below
Check if there’s already an existing Customer Inquiries 2023 workflow. If none, click the Add New Note button and add the label Customer Inquiries to have this running. DO NOT add this label multiple times and make sure it was only triggered one time
Make sure to still add the appropriate service workflow/labels to the Customer Inquiries discussion thread. Except for policy expired and cancellation notice, we have to add these labels in separate/new notes so it will be easier to check these urgent workflows.Â
Do not STACK labels or it will fire off multiple times… for example if a cancellation request label is added then on the same note you add Returned Mail the cancellation request would fire again. To avoid this keep these on separate notes.
We can also add the labels to the emails that we are saving using the EZLynx Gmail plugin and the automation should fire off.
Take note that the text messages and emails for each workflow will fire at approximately 10:45 EST. DO NOT run workflow/add labels multiple times. Also, NO triggers/text messages go out from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM CST.
