This year long course fulfills the physical education requirement for eighth grade students. Student athletes may be checked out by parent or guardian at 2:15PM on regular schedule days or 2:30PM on Mass day schedules. This course will harbor skills in responsibility as students are expected to track course work in the classroom and in their sport. Topics in class will range from nutrition and injury prevention to healthy lifestyle choices and physical fitness.
