Purpose:
The student council is the voice of the student body. The purpose of the St. Joeseph's Student Council is to give the students an opportunity to develop leadership by organizing and carrying out school activities and service projects. Council members promote a better understanding between students and faculty, work for the general welfare of the students by providing an opportunity for student expression, develop leadership among representatives, improve school spirit, and improve citizenship and Christian behavior. Members are directly involved with events that contribute to school spirit and community welfare.
Mission Statement:
We, the elected representatives of St. Joseph's School, will do everything in our power to represent the students of our school, to unhold all Student Learning Expectations, and to perform our duties in accordance with these By-Laws. We will strive to do everything in our power to make our school a better place for the educational process. Be Holy, Be Happy, Behave!
