Workplace Readiness Training is designed to help students with disabilities develop the skills, traits, and abilities needed to obtain and sustain employment. These skills—often referred to as soft skills, employability skills, or job readiness skills—are universally valued by employers and essential across all industries. They include behaviors and competencies that prepare individuals for success in the workplace. Workplace Readiness Training can be delivered either one-on-one or in group settings, depending on the needs of the student.
