The State Team is comprised of representatives from the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). These members each hold responsibilities to provide training, technical assistance and support to local education and DVR partners where a contract has been executed with the State of Colorado for the School to Work Alliance Program (SWAP).

The SWAP Taskforce was designed to improve outcomes for youth with disabilities through the provision of quality services, by bringing together a diverse range of stakeholders to collaborate, advise and make recommendations to DVR and CDE for SWAP on behalf of young adults with disabilities and their families.
As experts in the field, the SWAP Taskforce members:
Support the goals and outcomes prioritized by the State SWAP Team
Assist in building a structure for program longevity
Assist to define measures of success
Provide input on materials developed by the State Team
Assist with process improvement strategies
Create and develop tools to aid the field in service delivery
Be a resource for providing training, technical assistance and support when appropriate
