What Can I Share and Use for Presentations?

To promote clear and consistent messaging around transition and youth services, we’ve compiled the following materials for your use.

Resources were developed in collaboration with the Colorado Department of Education (CDE), reflecting our shared commitment to ensuring that individuals with disabilities served by publicly funded systems have access to competitive, integrated employment.

Additional materials were created through the efforts of the State Service Coordination Transition Team for Students with Disabilities. This team works to improve systems, align best practices, and share knowledge and resources so that every student with a disability has access to the tools needed for successful post-school outcomes.

We also extend our appreciation to the SWAP Taskforce for their contributions to the Speaking SWAP Toolkits.
