EpiTrax Surveillance System Administration Tools
The Exports module within EpiTrax allows users to view existing reports and/or create new ones based on multiple criteria. The options selected when exporting will extract data into a .csv file by executing a specific query on the EpiTrax PostgreSQL database.
Export Screen Navigation
Export Screen Navigation
Clicking EXPORTS in the EpiTrax Application Menu brings up the main Exports navigation screen.
1. DASHBOARD LINK (EpiTrax Logo)
Clicking the EpiTrax Logo navigates back to the User Dashboard from any screen.
2. USER GREETING
The greeting name is the name in the General User Information Form in SETTINGS.
3. APPLICATION MENU
Menu options vary based on implementation and user access.
4. SELECTED EXPORT FOLDER MESSAGE PANE
Contains description and options for currently selected export folder if applicable.
5. NEW EXPORT BUTTON
Click to open screen to Add Export.
6. EXPORT FOLDER STRUCTURE PANE
Pre-configured folder structure for storing and organizing custom exports.
7. CREATE EXPORT HERE BUTTON
Button to create a new export from within a selected folder.
