The Laboratory Tab within the CMR is typically auto-populated with lab data. In the rare event that lab information needs to be added manually, you can do that from this tab.
1. DASHBOARD LINK (EpiTrax Logo)
Click the EpiTrax Logo to get to the User Dashboard from any screen.
2. USER GREETING
The greeting name is in SETTINGS > General User Information.
3. APPLICATION MENU
Menu options vary based on implementation and user access.
4. NAVIGATION MENUS
Options to assist with CMR navigation and investigation processing.
5. WORKFLOW SECTION
Options in this area vary based on the current state of the record.
6. CMR RECORD HEADER SECTION
Contains Record ID, as well as other important data about the record.
7. BRIEF RECORD NOTE TOOLS
Allows you to add and save a quick note to the record.
8. CMR RECORD TABS SECTION
All available tabs for the record display here. Click a tab to view its data.
9. CMR LABORATORY DATA AREA
Displays auto-populated lab data and controls to manually add labs.
10. ORDERING CLINICIAN CONTROLS
Search ordering clinicians and add using + New button as needed.
11. MANUAL LAB ENTRY CONTROLS
Use to add lab data when not auto-populated into the record.
12. MANUAL TEST ENTRY CONTROLS
Use to add lab test data when not auto-populated into the record.
13. MANUAL SUSCEPTIBILITY CONTROLS
Use to add susceptibilities when not auto-populated into the record.
How to search by CDPHE Lab Accession / State Lab ID
You can search by Lab accession number in the CMR Search tab, Advanced Search Lab accession no field. In CEDRS we have two fields for this but in EpiTrax we just have this variable.Â
