Edit Morbidity Event Tabs: Investigation

1. DASHBOARD LINK (EpiTrax Logo)

Click the EpiTrax Logo to get to the User Dashboard from any screen.

2. USER GREETING

The greeting name is in SETTINGS > General User Information.

Menu options vary based on implementation and user access.

5. WORKFLOW SECTION

Options in this area vary based on the current state of the record.

6. CMR RECORD HEADER SECTION

Contains Record ID, as well as other important data about the record.

Allows you to add and save a quick note to the record.

All available tabs for the record display here. Click a tab to view its data.

Document clinical and exposure information from investigation into appropriate sub-tabs. Add any

Capture a location relating to your case investigation

Navigate to the Investigation Tab
- Go to the Investigation Tab in your case management system.
Scroll Down to Exposures
- Look for the "Exposures" section within the Investigation Tab.
Search Existing Locations
- Check if the location is already in the system by scrolling or using the search feature.
Add a New Location (If Not Found)
- If the location is not present, click "New" to add a new location.
Complete Location Details
- Fill in the required information for the new location to associate it with your case.

Investigation Information Case Management - Purpose and Use

A date entered in this field is used for calculation purposes only.
This is only a tool for certain conditions where knowing these time windows may be helpful in your investigation.

Immunization Questions in the Investigation form

Questions about immunizations in the investigation form are not used to populate fields in CIIS. The questions about when a case was vaccinated, and doses are for reporting purposes.
