Searches of Students

Should an administrator determine there is reasonable suspicion of a violation of law or school rules, they have the right to search you and/or your property, including any personal devices (e.g. school-issued computers, notebooks, etc.) in order to prevent injury or loss of evidence.  A police officer with a court-issued warrant, or in connection with an investigation, may conduct a search without parental/guardian notification, in the presence of an administrator.
