PE 20/30 are elective classes designed to enhance students' physical literacy and promote lifelong health and wellness. If you choose this section of Wellness 10 the focus will be on healthy daily living, such as individual activities, fitness, and some team games and activity, which includes lasting habits such as nutrition, daily exercise, managing your mental health, understanding positive habits that contribute to long term wellness. There are 7 required outcomes along with your choice of 3 out of 5 remaining outcomes.

Students improve their performance of complex skills and investigate how different environments and activities contribute to overall well-being. Students explore First Nations and Métis worldviews and create a personal study plan based on their interests in physical education.
