Asian American and Pacific Islander Cultural Celebration Storytime

Description: Join us for a special storytelling event as we celebrate the rich diversity of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) cultures! Families are invited to gather for an engaging and educational storytime session that highlights traditional tales, folklore, and legends from various Asian countries and Pacific Island nations. Through the power of storytelling, we'll explore the vibrant heritage, customs, and values of AAPI communities, fostering understanding and appreciation for these diverse cultures.

Registration is required, and can be done online or in person. Registration is limited to the first 50 registrants, but there will be a wait list for those interested once registration is full.
Staffing: 1 librarian and 1 library staff member to facilitate the storytime.
Budget: $150 for art supplies and light refreshments.
