Shyam Talawadekar (1955), a Masaaki-'IMAI'-Award  winning Business Coach, Management Author & Blogger, a dynamic-hands-on International Corporate Educator and Industrial Engineering Researcher, has been educating businesses and help them grow with leaner resources using productivity & quality improvement approaches such as LEAN management, TQC, TPM, JIT, Value Engineering/Analysis, Hoshin-Kanri (Strategy-Deployment), HR-Performance-Development, etc. under Kaizen umbrella.

Former-Director of Fleetguard Filters Ltd. Pune, a Cummins USA Joint Venture, and Former-Director of India Containers Ltd. Mumbai, he has cross-industry global experience (Japan, Taiwan, UK, USA) in implementing Best Management Practices for sustained business performance.
