Shyam Talawadekar, a Masaaki-'IMAI'-Award-winning Business Coach, Management Author & Blogger, a dynamic-hands-on International Corporate Educator and Industrial Engineering Researcher, has been educating businesses and help them grow with leaner resources using productivity & quality improvement approaches such as LEAN management, TQC, TPM, JIT, Value Engineering/Analysis, Hoshin-Kanri (Strategy-Deployment), HR-Performance-Development, etc. under Kaizen umbrella. 

Author of several books, his ‘World-of-Kaizen’, ‘Visual Management’, ‘Kaizen’ in Marathi (collectively sold over 20,000 copies) are the most popular ones. A Production-Engineer from VJTI & Masters-in-Management (with double specialization - Marketing + Operations) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Bombay, he groomed managerial skills in GODREJ & TATA. Former-Director of Fleetguard Filters Ltd. Pune, a Cummins USA Joint Venture, and Former-Director of India Containers Ltd. Mumbai, he has cross-industry global experience (Japan, Taiwan, UK, USA) in implementing Best Management Practices for sustained business performance.

Sudheer Bhide is a Senior Faculty at Quality Management Systems (QMS) educating on productive manufacturing & quality approaches such as 5-S, TPM, Work Place Design, etc. underKaizen umbrella. 

An Electrical engineer and Management graduate from Bombay University, he has over 2.1/2 decades of hands-on experience in the engineering industry in senior managerial capacity. 

Earlier he worked with Antifriction Bearings Corporation Ltd., Poysha Industrial Co. Ltd, Universal cans & containers Ltd. etc. He is also a visiting faculty on postgraduate management courses of Mumbai University and pursuing his doctoral studies concurrently. 

Choudhari T. Sanjivani, A Founder member Faculty on 5-S, Self-Development through Yoga, Productivity thorough Multimedia. 

An expert in Multimedia Art, she has conceptualized, designed published Visual-Kaizen-concepts. Heads Book Publishing/Distribution division. Translated ‘World of Kaizen’ book in Marathi. Columnist of ‘1-Point Lesson' series in Shanaishwar ‘Monthly’. Editor ‘Kaizen Update' - An ‘e-bulletin' for Continuous Learning Forum. A Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education (Mumbai University), a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Development, Computer Management, Yoga therapy, she has been in hands-on Education for over 2 decades. Participated in Study tours on 5-S, Publishing, Herbal plantation, etc. in USA, Europe. 

Yashwant Mahakal (1972), A Production Engineer from VJTI, (ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor -QMS, EMS and OHSAS, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer), gained industrial experience in TATA Motors, CUMMINS filtration technologies, ASAL-TACO Group, and AUTOMECH Gensets. 

His areas of expertise are Kaizen Quality Management systems, Industrial Engineering, Supplier Development and Product Development. For over 8 years, he has been a faculty on Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing thro' Quality Management Systems, Mumbai. He is a hardcore gemba oriented lean implementation faculty.

Ravindranath Khanvilkar, an automobile engineer, is a Senior Gemba Executive at QMS. 

Ravi has over 3-decades of hands-on 5-S Gemba-Kaizen, functional and administrative experience in various capacities ranging from floor-incharge to works-manager with sales & service setups of 5-S and LEAN practitioners such as TVS SUZUKI, Rolls-Royce, Bajaj-Auto, Kinetic-HONDA, etc. Ravi has also handled similar assignments in tourism and hospitality industry.
