Dr. Sudheer Bhide  is a Senior Faculty at Quality Management Systems (QMS) educating on Lean Manufacturing, Productive manufacturing & Quality approaches such as 5-S, TPM, Work Place Design, etc. under Kaizen umbrella. 

An Electrical engineer, Management graduate, and PhD from Bombay University, he has over 2.1/2 decades of hands-on experience in the engineering industry in senior managerial capacity. He has hand held lean implementation at many of our large & medium client companies.

Earlier he worked with Antifriction Bearings Corporation Ltd., Poysha Industrial Co. Ltd, Universal cans & containers Ltd. etc. He had been a visiting faculty on postgraduate management courses of Mumbai University. 

Yashwant Mahakal,  a Production Engineer from VJTI, (ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor -QMS, EMS and OHSAS, ASQ Certified Master Black Belt, ASQ Certified Manager for Quality and Organizational Excellence, ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Lean Bronze Professional from SME, USA, PMI trained PMP Professional), gained industrial experience in TATA Motors, CUMMINS filtration technologies, ASAL-TACO Group, and AUTOMECH Gensets. 

His areas of expertise are Kaizen Quality Management systems, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Reliability, Project Management.  Supplier Development, Product Development, etc. He has been a faculty on Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing thro' Quality Management Systems, Mumbai.  He is a hardcore gemba oriented lean implementation faculty having delivered projects  successfully in various industries including at Automotive OEMs like Ashok Leyland, Mahindra and Mahindra, TATA Motors, etc. to name a few. 

Yashwant is well versed with data analytics knowledge and implementation including descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics. He possesses post graduate diploma in Data Science from International Institute of Information Technology, Bengaluru. He has been implementing Advanced Statistical Tools across all functions in Engineering Industries during various assignments as above. 

Sunil Jogdeo,  a Commerce graduate from Mumbai university has been in corporate sector since 1980. Having polished his skills in production, sales & marketing, quality besides HR in WIPRO, he opted to be a freelance consultant & trainer since 1999. 

As a trainer & consultant he has worked across sectors like automobile, pharma, Seed Industry, Machine Manufacturing Industry and healthcare at clientele including Bajaj Auto Ltd (Aurangabad), Honeywell Turbo Technology (Pune),  Mylan Pharma, Sterlite Industries, Aurangabad manufacturing plant of Singapore based R V Lifesciences Ltd, Bonatrans (I) Pvt Ltd,  Nath Biogenes (I) Ltd, Parason Group of Industries, etc.  

His assignments include training (identification of needs to actual conduct), HR process outsourcing,  hands-on KAIZEN & FIVE-S projects, ISO certification, etc.  He has also been a part of CSR projects in educational and geriatric care.

Ravindranath Khanvilkar, an automobile engineer, is a Senior Gemba Executive at QMS. 

Ravi has over 3-decades of hands-on 5-S Gemba-Kaizen, functional and administrative experience in various capacities ranging from floor-incharge to works-manager with sales & service setups of 5-S and LEAN practitioners such as TVS SUZUKI, Rolls-Royce, Bajaj-Auto, Kinetic-HONDA, etc. Ravi has also handled similar assignments in tourism and hospitality industry.
