Video-Conference, Telephone-Conference or Chat, can be arranged with prior-appointment-and-engagement of slots.
Custom-made Lectures, Kaizen tests/quizzes, etc. can be arranged by Video-Conference or Video-view.
Executive-Mentoring & Consultations can be arranged by Video-Conference, Telephone-Conference or Chat and are primarily conducted by Our CEO Shyam Talawadekar except under special circumstances.

Depending upon quantity & type of engagement AFFORDABLE fees are: (Request Concession for Students & Custom-terms)
For One-time Telephone-Conference or Chat at just Rs 599/= (Rs. Five Hundred & Ninety Nine) on-wards per hour.
For Retainer On-going Telephone-Conference or Chat at just Rs 1999/= (Rs. One Thousand Nine Hundred & Ninety Nine) on-wards per month. Duration: Minimum of one-hour-per-week supplemented with email support on a daily basis, if warranted.
For One-time Video-Conference at just Rs 1599/= (Rs. One Thousand Five Hundred & Ninety Nine) on-wards per hour.
For Retainer On-going Video-Conference at just Rs 4999/= (Rs. Four Thousand Nine Hundred & Ninety Nine) onwards per month. Duration: Minimum of one-hour-per-week supplemented with email support on a daily basis, if warranted.
For Video-view-based training: Request for Concessional Rates.
Video conference saves travel/commuting time and overhead expenditure.

Current Assessment Visit
We usually undertake preliminary current assessment ‘Free of Charge’ if done concurrently during faculty visit for ‘Awareness' program with 'Gemba-Kaizen' (a minimum 3-days event), subject to getting the information as in our DIAGNOSTIC questionnaire at least 7-days in advance of the visit.
However if it is undertaken separately, depending upon the extent of comprehensiveness and the objective of audit assessment, fee to the extent of One or More Faculty Man-day/s (along-with stay, travel, local-n-outstation pick-up) is payable for current assessment visit.
Fees paid shall be partly set-off as a discount at a later date. That means; we shall give you one time set-off not exceeding 30% (Thirty Percent) of one man-day fees while charging for on-going education or implementation.

How can you make the 'Video Consultation' and/or the 'Current Assessment Visit' more effective?
You may send 10 (ten) or more queries/questions on your concerns and problems by e-mail in advance.
Also please send brief information about:
1/ size of your company in terms of product profile, sales turnover, number-off locations/employees,
2/ expected outcome/timeline (and status of current initiatives if any) of change management, etc.
Based on this information there is a better chance of understanding of your need and accordingly addressing the queries in an effective manner. This shall also bring in focus on the deliverable agenda.

What value addition can you expect at the end of current assessment?
If you have answered our diagnostic questionnaire for need-assessment adequately, you can expect the following.
In case of On-going Video-Conference, Telephone-Conference or Chat; 'Retainer-type' arrangement in particular, you can expect to integrate our inputs more smoothly in your 'strategy-implementation-plan'. The arrangement might turn out to bemore strategic than tactical.
In case of preliminary current assessment (a minimum 1-day event)
During the opening meeting with your management representative (MR), we will align our comprehension of the diagnostic questionnaire and the need-assessment.
Based on the alignment as above and a supporting Gemba (line) walk, we will make a preliminary diagnosis.
During the closing meeting we will suggest ‘What Next’ action to be taken on the diagnosed concern/s.
In case of comprehensive current assessment (depending upon size, nature, geographical single/multi-location, etc. of the business units a minimum additional 2-days event in addition to the above)
After our plant round for a birds eye-view and work-sampling of the business process as well as of the pre-submitted data/information: we may be able to give a judgmental score vis-a-vis a typical model work place (for the chosen implementation theme such as LEAN, TPM, etc.).
We may be able to choose a pilot that can be targeted as a model-work-place for implementation.
Concurrently make preparation, create preliminary infrastructure for implementation, form team structure and tentatively locate Kaizen avenues, etc.
We may be able to make a 'draft' report on the above with a judgmental timeline for implementation.
During the closing meeting, we should be able to finalize ‘What Next’ action to be taken for implementation .
