Around March-end each year we help companies to deploy their AOP & KRA strategies supported by annual training-calendar so that AOP is executed in a time-bound manner across the company.

This is primarily based on Hoshin-Policy-Deployment method that is prevalent in the Deming Award Approach.

Step-1/ 

Strategies with corresponding Improvement projects are identified and deployed revolving around the Gaps in achieving KRAs and the Concerns (both top-down as well as bottom-up at grass-root level) for each business process.

Step-2/ 

Road-map is made to implement corresponding cross-functional and autonomous Gemba-Kaizen Projects with enablers, recognition-and-review mechanism, etc.

Step-3/ 

A monthly PD (Performance-Development) sheet is made for each key-staff to begin with. 

This primarily consists of 3-components: i) KRA. ii) Kaizen improvement projects covering corresponding business processes. iii) Training needs. 

Step-4/ 

Annual Training-Calendar is compiled (that we help you to execute and monitor for effective results to achieve Hoshin-plans).

Step-5/ 

Cost-Budgets are evolved and deployed (that we help you to execute and monitor).

Step-6/ 

SOP (Standard-Operating-Procedures) manual is revisited as an ongoing outcome of the improvement projects (that we help you to implement and monitor).
