Dear Breeder
I am a veterinary surgeon with a particular interest in the health of newborn puppies (neonates up to the age of three weeks).
I am writing to ask if you could spare perhaps 10 minutes of your time to complete an online survey asking about canine neonate illness and mortality. This information will provide the basis for more directed research into neonate disease. As a breeder you are an invaluable source of information.
All information you provide will be treated confidentially, however, there is an option to provide your email address to participate in further studies if you wish.
The more breeders complete the survey the better and more useful the results will be so please do spread the work.
