Rare

The societies and cultures of the truly rare and obscure inhabitants of the Inner Sea region often appear alien compared to the human norm. These creatures are hardly ever glimpsed by most of the residents of this area, many of whom are unaware that they even exist. Even more elusive beings make their homes there, but only a select few are acceptable choices for player characters.
