Eldritch Scoundrel Path Features
Arcane Talent (11th Level): As the Hybrid Talent feat, except you are limited only to the arcane class of your hybrid for your extra hybrid talent feature. If you have used the Hybrid Talent feat on your arcane class and there is no other hybrid talent feature to choose, you may retrain your Hybrid Talent feat so that you meet the condition of this feature.
Sneaky Arcane Action (11th Level): When you spend an action point to take an extra action, until the end of your next turn, you can apply your rogue sneak attack dice to any arcane at-will or encounter attack power. The power must deal damage for the sneak attack to take effect, and you must meet all normal conditions for the sneak attack to trigger (for example, the target must grant combat advantage to you.)
Witty Arcane Attack (16th Level): Choose one ranged encounter power fro your arcane hybrid class at the end of an extended rest. If you are adjacent to an enemy you can use the power as a melee attack. You must be using a light blade (such as a dagger, short sword, etc), in your off-hand to use this. If you score a critical hit, you deal critical damage as normal for the arcane power, and you also add the bonus critical damage dice from the weapon in your off-hand.
Your average rogues can be elusive, cunning, sneaky, and everything else that can be asked of a rogue. Magic users like wizards, sorcerers, warlocks, and others all have powerful spellcasting abilities. Those magic users can sometimes mimic what a rogue can do in places a rogue normally can't wile a rogue can stand above mages simply by thinking through his situation and relying on wits. A rather terrifying, prospect, then, is an individual that combines the two seamlessly. These, are eldritch scoundrels.
Students of arcane magic, legerdemain, and stealth, eldritch scoundrels are a rare breed of adventurer most commonly found seeking lost and valuable arcane writings in the ruins of fallen empires, such as Thassilon or the Jistka Imperium.Prerequisite: Hybrid, Rogue, any arcane class.
