New Features

• Added Destination Alerts - Ability to set an alert for Treks that have a destination stop set to get notified when a specific vehicle is approaching your stop.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug with the Trek Planner that was not properly reporting errors when failing to find directions.
• Fixed a bug that would not refresh predictions for a newly added Trek saved to a group.
• Fixed a bug where watched predictions would stop updating. They now update every minute on the minute and shows a status message when loading and when the last refresh failed.
