Did like this app a lot, but after posting a neutral comment about the app, i got a nasty lecture from the developer. Dont bother asking for help! :(

Julie Old Saint Nick - Oh goodness - I think we've had a serious misunderstanding!

In your previous comment that I responded to you mentioned the app was missing some information.

So in the response I tried to explain that what you had mentioned was, in fact, available and I tried to provide detailed instructions on how to access the information.

I also included a reminder - as I always do - that the best way to get help is by emailing me directly.

I assure you it was absolutely not meant to be a "nasty lecture" - so I am sorry if the complete lack of tone made it come off that way.

That was certainly not the intent - I was honestly just trying to help.

This is why I always encourage users to email with any questions / comments / concerns - I cannot adequately provide support this way and it can very easily lead to miscommunication.

If it makes you feel better, I made myself sleep on the couch last night. It's super lumpy and now my back hurts.

Don't like responding this way, but after posting the last response to this comment, i got an upset follow-up from the user. Maybe I shouldnt bother to respond! :(
