Bruce R. McConkie. in the Millennial Messiah page 362 alludes to this action where it states:-
There is only one presiding prophet on the earth at any one time, And he is the President of the church. All other prophets are subject to him and his direction. There is not now on earth and there shall not be – as long as the earth shall stand or there is one man on the face thereof – a prophet who is not subject to and whose acts are not governed by the presiding prophet.
Who, then, shall the prophets be among the Ten Tribes? They shall be the worthy and faithful members of the great latter-day kingdom who serve as all faithful elders now serve. Thus saith the Lord:” It shall not be given to anyone to go forth to preach my gospel or build up my church, EXCEPT HE BE ORDAINED BY SOMEONE WHO HAS AUTHORITY and it is known to the church that he has authority and has been regularly ordained by the heads of the church.” D&C42: 11.

The Godly Are Gathered Out.

Tony Young, this is how it looks at the moment. The Davidic servant will be standing at the edge of the cliff with the Isaiah scroll in his left hand. The seal has been broken, and his right hand will be raised, and light coming out of his hand, projecting that Isaiah is talking about our day! I have a feeling that when I finish this painting, the timing will be significant. I believe he is on the earth...

You said in your post that the Davidic Servant is standing on the edge of Clift - interesting, you say, that in what the British/ European saints, with all good people who will not make war, must flee to the northern countries (Scotland & Norway), will be led by their Prophet/leaders LDS Priesthood. The Salvation of the Lord, His Holy Arm, will appear in the heavens as depicted in my sketch - as they with Him stand on the"Clif Edge" before the Great Deep is parted.

I don't know why I said all this to you, other than the spirit of the lord filled me to do so - I have not until now said any such thing to anyone, & I only say it to you because of my post regarding the Queen as coming to pass before our eyes. I leave it with you.
Please don't say anything to anyone, as it's in the lord's hands & I think the Lord wants you to paint it for those who have eyes to see.
I don't know what's going to happen other than the Lord leading me in this direction. It is Trust in him alone that I hold to because my salvation depends on it & I refer you again to Isaiah 57 15-17.

The Artist of this painting, a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, & who lives in Utah, USA, painted this picture as described from an inspirational dream that he had regarding the last days & he told me that he calls it the "Davidic Servant."
I, Tony Young, have seen a few of TJ's paintings before he sent me this digital copy. When I saw it, I couldn't believe what he had painted - unbeknownst to TJ, he had painted my hometown of Weston-Super-Mare and the surrounding area of North Somerset, England, UK.
I subsequently told TJ this and showed him live video & pictures of my seaside town, which is situated on the south-west coast of England.
Below I have broken down the painting into segments, comparing, side by side, details of the painting with actual photo images of my town & the county of North Somerset, & where it further extends in relation to the Scriptures, & in particular to Isaiah.
TJ Sornsen, in this section, I believe, has depicted my hometown's seafront, Weston Bay, the Grand Pier, and Worlebury Hill in the background. The Hill in his painting also extends to another place in North Somerset, which is the actual topography of the hills overshadowing the Chew Valley lakes, which I will show below.

Tj, here is an aerial drone view of my coastal seaside town. The hill even has the kink in it as you painted in your artwork. The lake to the right is called Blagdon Lakes, and they are in the exact shape you depicted. (Not visible in this clip, they are about 10-15 miles inland). You also painted the standing stones of Stonehenge and Stanton Drew. The Cave with the Resurrected Lord is located in Priddy, where legend says the Lord built his Mother's wattle house on the Mendip. This is where my family all live. You painted a temple on a sacred site called Uphill, which means 'Opener of the Way'. That temple is yet to be built, but it will be.

Chew Valley Lake has a road with loose gates allowing water to be drained from the north side to the south

The shape of the lake in T.J. Sorensen's painting shows a stark resemblance to the Chew Valley lake - you will notice the two land peninsula jutting out into the lake from the left-hand side and one from the right.

Chew Valley Lake has 3 pieces of land, almost surrounded by water that projects out into a body of water. Compared side by side with the clip of the artist's painting, the simularities are striking.
