Dear Troop Leaders:
I am your Stoneham Girl Scout Registrar, and as such, I need your help to place girls. We plan to collect registration forms at the 9/17 registration event at Town Day, as well as 9/22 and 9/29 registration events at the Stoneham Public Library. THANK YOU TO ALL THE VOLUNTEERS WHO ARE ASSISTING AT THESE REGISTRATIONS!!
After I have received any new registrations, I will need to start placing the new girls. In order to do that in the most efficient and effective way, I need to know the following information from each troop as soon as possible.
Here's what we need from each troop:
1) Have you promised a space in your troop to any new girls, other than your returning girls -- please tell me their names, Girl Scout level, and school -- so that I can make sure they get placed in your troop.
2) What is the day/time/frequency/location of your meeting?
3) What Girl Scout levels does your troop serve? (Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Cadette, etc.)
4) Which school is your troop affiliated with?
I ask that each troop be open to at least 1-2 new girls, if not more, so that I can fully serve the community of Stoneham as well as our own Girl Scouts!! If you are able to take more than 1-2 new girls, please let me know the number you can take.
