COOKIES - Stoneham GS Cookie Training-Thurs Nov 21st

Hello Leaders and past Troop Cookie Advisors, It's that time of year again to appoint the troop Cookie Advisor in your troop for the 2013-14 Cookie Sale starting in December. Attached is a description of the volunteer position. Please save the date, and forward this to the appropriate people in your troop.
Cookie Training will be On Thursday, November 21 @6:45-8:30 at Stoneham Public Library- Marcy Room (downstairs).
6:45pm -sign in/collect materials
7pm - Training
8pm- Q&A
Attendance is mandatory if your troop plans to sell cookies. Also, the Cookie Sale is mandatory IF you plan to do any "other" troop fundraising throughout the year. ( like a car wash, yard sale etc.)
Please make sure at least one person is represented from your troop. (IE: Send someone to "sit in" and collect important info if needed)
Your Troop Cookie Advisor must be a Registered Adult and have a CORI background check done. (GS CORI'S are good for 3 years. )
Someone will be present at our training to collect Adult Registration forms and approve CORI's. PLEASE BRING A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE OR PASSPORT and form already filled out.
Please bring the following:
Troop Number & Number of Girls
*Pen
*Notebook
*Cookie Advisor Agreement- signed
*CORI Form and license (If needed),
*Adult Registration form with $15. (if needed)

*For Daisy Leaders: Daisies ARE eligible to sell. If you are reluctant to take this on due to age or "newness" of troop, please contact me.
Please forward this e-mail to your Troop Cookie Advisor or to any new troops that you think might not be on the Yahoo group yet. At training, I will take an updated list of e-mails so we can communicate separately from the Yahoo Group. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions or comments before then.
