If you missed the Town Common Tree Lighting/Caroling event with the Girl Scouts this past weekend, or just want to sing some more, join us at Whip Hill Park to decorate the trees with bird feeders for the winter, and enjoy some hot chocolate and some songs. Make a simple bird feeder out of a pine cone, bagel, orange or anything else you can think of! ( instructions attached) and bring it with you that day. Your decorated bird feeder will be seen by everyone who comes up over the weekend to the Open House event at Whip Hill, as it perches on one of the trees on the walkway to the main house! The birds will be very happy too!
The attached flyer has more information. I have plenty of pine cones and yarn for anyone that needs some.
