Crispy Vadai

Urad dal – 1 cup
Tuar dal – 2 teaspoons
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Hing – ½ teaspoon
Curry leaves – 10
Green chilli – 1
Oil – to deep fry vadas

- Soak urad dal & tuar dal together for 6 to 8 hours.
- Drain excess water, add the rest of the ingredients & grind to fine paste in mixie.
- Try grinding without adding any water or use ¼ tumbler of water.
- Keep this in freezer for ½ hour.
- Heat oil in a deep kadai.
- Have a bowl of water.

- Fry until golden brown.
- Place vadas on a plate with tissue paper to drain excess oil.
