Choco-coffee cake

Ingredients:

Self-raising flour – 1 cup

Sugar – 1 cup

Eggs – 2

Milk – ½ cup

Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon

Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons

Instant coffee powder – 1 tablespoon

Butter – 3 tablespoons

Method:

  1. Sift together self-raising flour, powdered sugar, coffee powder, cocoa powder.
  2. Beat the eggs with milk and vanilla essence.
  3. Add this along with melted butter the flour mixture.
  4. Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour contents into a greased round cake tin and bake for 25 mins approximately.
