6-GRABBING

Objectives:

(1.) Summarize and model how a hydraulic arm works.

(2.) Use the engineering design process to construct a functional hydraulic arm.

Assignments:

(Abstract 2) Engineering Catastrophes #1:

Select a "clip" from any Engineering Catastrophes episodes (from Science Channel, this link or a google search).
Create a google doc and share with your instructor with these criteria:
- - student name, title of clip, link to the episode, assignment identity (Abstract 1).
  - summarize the clip (where, why and how the catastrophe happened). Be sure to explain in such a manner that the reader does not have to watch the clip to understand what happened i.e. teach your readers!
  - 200 - 220 words maximum with no grammar/spelling/punctuation problems.
