allegations of "outrageous government conduct" "shocks the conscience"

The following allegations are based on what I specifically recall at the 8/22/14 habeas corpus hearing :

First, I allege "Colloquy regarding parameters of the hearing." occurred when I was in the holding cell, outside my presence. I allege that was the time Judge Barker and various court recorder personnel discussed how they were going to orchestrate the following allegations : this was stated in ecf 54 pages 2,3 & 4, also in my 66991 mandamus petition supplement :

I allege after Barker reviewed my habeas corpus petition, grounds 2 : alleged altered transcripts VII ,3 : alleged altered transcripts III and 6 : alleged altered transcripts IV, and realized I was challenging the integrity and validity of the court transcript, it was then I allege Barker "raised the bar" to such an extent to quash my allegations by actually staging/ reenacting the 6/19/13 plea hearing! I allege this required additional coordination with Danielle Pieper and John Parris.

From the above minutes, "At request of defendant, the Court recorder play[ed] the video proceedings of the plea at Calendar Call on 6/19/13.", I allege Judge Barker told me he was going to show me the video of the hearing and follow along with the transcript that given to me that day. How would I possibly know the video of a hearing held 14 months prior would be available on demand at the hearing? I allege this alteration of the transcript/minutes was to make it appear that I suprised the court for the request, and that they would never had time to create a "new" video. I allege this kind of fraud takes time,effort, planning, and conspiring to execute.

I allege Barker did something so incomprehensible, such outrageous government conduct, that any allegations I made could only point to challenging my credibility, my sanity. Without the alleged transcript discrepancies, Barker would be right, I could never be believed.

I allege Judge Barker was sending a message to me, I paraphrase : "Oh, Mr. Warenback, you challenge the integrity and validity of the transcript and the Court, really?, well, let us (see footnote below) show you how your allegations will make you appear delusional, insane, as you read along with the transcript provided today and listen to the recording.

I allege the transcript was altered soon after the hearing from 6/19/13, and would act as the "script" when it became time to "stage" the fraudulent court hearing.

After hearing and seeing the hearing video, all I could say is, "that's Hollywood".

Besides all the issues of the transcript as linked above, I allege I specifically remember seeing the back of the courtroom in the video to be empty, on Wednesdays, the back of the courtroom is always full with people. I allege this is how the fraud was conducted, off hours when the courtroom is empty.

If there is ever to be an evidentiary hearing granted, all this would result in national news, depicting of one the greatest court frauds in US history.
