example GPA on defects

Here is an example guilty plea agreement, gpa (it appears only Nevada does this) detailing how fictional charge, waiving defects is written in the gpa :

Zoom :

"Both parties agree to waive defects in the fictional plea as to ..."

This is missing from my GPA. Why is that? I claim because none of this waiving defects was ever mentioned to me prior to or at my plea hearing, see alleged altered transcripts III. I would have asked too many questions, which would have caused more delays.
