From the plea hearing, page 10 :
Then on page 12, the Court repeats the above question again :
Why does the Court repeat the question: "THE COURT: All right. Mr. Warenback,...as a function; correct?".
I allege the second question was, as I specifically recall :
THE COURT: Why aren't you going to trial?
My answer is correct in the record. I allege Judge Barker is really saying, "Mr. Warenback, as you can see here today no evidence, no factual basis, has been presented by the State that demonstrates you committed the pandering offense, so you should be able to go to trial and found not guilty."
I allege this question was removed from the record because it further exposes the clear lack of basis to go to trial, and putting me in prison illegally on pandering.
