Seen this before, notice no case cited. Pure dicta, saying, a minor cannot legally consent to running away, but does so anyways. Such argument is totally misleading, and out of context. Then says "contemplates", well that's a mere comment of the statute, not written in the statute. That implies a strict liability crime, the mere movement is the crime.
Easy to confuse the jury, leading and/or enticement still has to be proven as an element of the crime.
