Alleged statements made by Amanda

Danielle Pieper, the District Attorney, and John Parris, my former defense attorney, both say no statements made by Amanda exist in any Nevada record, from the 3/19/16 evidentiary hearing :

I allege that Amanda did make statements to the Sacramento police department contained in case no. J328423 (page 2) :

My allegation is based on my clear recollection seeing many pages of statements made by Amanda to the Sacramento police department when shown to me by Mr.Parris' private investigator, Jimmy Young, during a contact visit on June 18, 2013, the day before the calendar call hearing, which became my guilty plea hearing.

I further allege, from the negotiation hearing 5/29/13 :

The "additional transcripts" are infact Amanda's statements.

The foregoing allegation is based on the motion filed in state district court, on 12/7/15 which resulted in the 3/9/16 evidentiary hearing.
