On February 22, 2016, I got an evidentiary hearing when the prosecutor, Danielle Pieper stated:

Then on December 14, 2020, I got hearing on Amanda's criminal case, where the juvenile court minutes was filed showing :

It can be properly construed that a plea of guilt is an official statement in the record.

When my record shows; "Ms. Pieper advised the victim in the case did speak to a Metro officer on the day she was stopped; however, those statements were not recorded." and Danielle Pieper being a sworn officer of the court, and specifically knowing of Amanda's guilty plea, demonstrates a clear false statement; perjury. Amanda did a make a "statement of guilt" recorded in her criminal record contradicting "those statements were not recorded.".
