THE CASE APPEAL IS OVER. CONFIRMATION JUSTICE IS JUST A CHARADE.

Here is the Nevada supreme Court making the admission I could never have a fair trial, that the following could never be brought into trial or at the preliminary hearing : (from Gibbon's order below)

"Warenback claimed that his case would have been dismissed at the preliminary hearing had he presented information concerning the victim's curfew violation and subsequent juvenile court proceedings. Warenback contended the information demonstrating that the victim violated curfew may have shown that she was not kidnapped but rather ran away from her home, ...".

There is my whole case in that paragraph, it is as clean as that for an actual innocence claim.

Then the Ninth circuit decision:

BECAUSE ALL OF THIS WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED.

However, I appealed to the US Supreme court (filed version) as a matter of record. The chance this court will hear the case is 1/100. Court docket. Denied as obviously expected. See docket below.

My conclusion after 7 years of litigation: the US is no different than North Korea, the legal paperwork is a charade.
