Character Cakes and More!!!

There were just character cakes but I'm expanding!! Check out my new experiments below.
The character cakes are NOT made with a shaped pan. I make a stencil the appropriate size in photoshop and then print it. I use this to cut the shape of the cake. Thus, unlike a pan cake, the tops of the cakes are flat and the sides perpendicular to the surface.
Serves 40-50 - Made with an intense chocolate chiffon cake and decorated with white, milk, and dark chocolate ganache. Keep refrigerated else the cream in the ganache wont keep.
Serves 40-50 - Vanilla flavored Manderia cake with a chocolate butter icing filling and vanilla butter icing details.
Serves 55-65 - Chocolate sandwhich manderia cake with a chocolate butter icing filling and vanilla butter icing details.
