Ampelmann biscuits
Ingredients:
300g flour
150g sugar
150g butter
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 pinch salt
1 egg
Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and egg and beat; add dry ingredients and mix. Refridgerate for one hour then roll out to 3-4mm thickness, cut, bake at 180C (aprox. 350F) for 8-10mins.
