Dogs: Tenants are not allowed to have dogs. It should be clearly stated in any lease that dogs are not allowed. There is $100/month fine to a landlord if a tenant has a dog. After the second month, if the dog has not been removed, the fine escalates to a monthly fee equal to that unit's monthly common fee. The Trustees may also take legal action to enforce this rule at the owner's expense.

Resident owners are allowed to have dogs with prior written trustee approval. Approved dogs must always be leashed when on Primus Ave. The dog owner is responsible for ensuring the dog is always under control and for cleaning up after the dog. The owner will be fined $50 for failing to abide by these rules, this includes if your dog walker was in charge at the time of the offence.

Cats: Resident owners and tenants are allowed to have domestic cats (tenants with landlord approval). Cats must be kept indoors and are not allowed to roam freely outside.
