Notes
• Shrub growing around the gas lantern in the courtyard by the grill: potential fire
hazard? (when the lantern is working again). - Rebecca to arrange for it to be pruned
Update: Shrub was pruned in early Aug. and the City of Boston repaired the gas lantern early Sept.
• Building 7 owners expressed desire to get quotes and options for common area
refresh (painting walls/ceiling/trim, carpeting, lighting, etc.). - Rebecca to arrange
some quotes so owners can review options, vote and decide if they want to do a
special assessment or not.
Update: This is not an expense for the association, owners in Building 7 will take care of
this themselves. Marston Beacon Hill will arrange some quotes so Building 7 owners can
review options, vote and decide if they want to proceed. (Marina, Doug, Karen and Paul
were all in favor of doing this work)
• Ensure boilers are serviced in both buildings before the next heating season
Update: Boilers in building 7 were serviced already in early June 2020. Building 1
boilers maintenance will be scheduled for later in the year.
Thank you all,
Primus Avenue Trustees
