Emergencies (Fire, Police, Other)

Smoke detectors are placed in the hallways of the buildings. Should you ever smell smoke, call 911.

If the alarm sounds, please exit they alley and wait for emergency services to give the all clear before re-entering.

There is a “Knox Box” outside the gate, which will allow firefighters access through the gate.

Please note that only the fire department has access to the Knox Box. If ‘911’ needs to be called for an emergency other than a fire, you must request that the fire department respond in addition to an ambulance or the police in order to grant access to Primus Avenue.

If there is an emergency in a building, e.g. flood caused by a leaking pipe, power or heat outage, call Marston Beacon Hill at 617.212.3335. This is also linked to a 24/7 call service for after-hours emergencies.

Any non-emergency Primus issues should be directed to your landlord or a trustee.
