This website is for residents and owners of the Primus Avenue Condo Association in Beacon Hill, Boston, MA. The 30 unit association is comprised of 1, 1A, 2, 7, 9 Primus Avenue and 82, 88 Phillips Street. This site contains information about living on Primus Avenue including association rules, move in procedures, uses of common space and even a historical snapshot of the avenue.
