Our Master Condominium Policy is in place with GNY (Greater New York) Mutual Insurance Company, policy number: 1120M11525.

Your Homeowners’ Insurance:

Every unit owner should have homeowners insurance. The policy you need to have in place is called a “H06”, which is the condominium version of homeowners insurance. Typically, such a policy would cover three components:

a) Content insurance

b) Liability or Personal Injury

c) Building coverage or “Additions and Alterations” coverage

We recommend that you increase the insurance limits under item “c” to $5,000 to match the deductible in our Master Policy.
