Tealight House

Using the slab-building technique, you will learn to roll out sheets of white stoneware clay. I will provide a variety of templates and guide you with step-by-step instructions and demonstrations. You'll cut out the sides of your house, then personalize it by cutting out windows, doors, or decorative shapes like stars and hearts. Feel free to add unique textures to the clay to make your house truly one-of-a-kind.

Once your house is constructed, we will cut out the back allow for a tealight or lights. Your finished house can be left with a natural matte finish or glazed in a beautiful glossy white. You can choose to add oxides to highlight the textures.
