Congratulations to Capt' Loki and "Crazy" Mike McCullom!

Viking Open #6 was met with clear, sunny skies and fair winds. Renaissance, Genny, Magic Juan, and Little Blackie broke free of the pack and cleared G-11 with a good lead. Positions traded as everyone jockeyed upwind, and Little Blackie rounded R-2 first. In a surprise move, Ana Maria slipped past Blackie under spinnaker. Victory was still to be Capt' Loki and Crazy Mike's, however, for their skillful course strategy to the finish pin and Little Blackie's magnificent pointing ability.

Congratulations to all Viking racers for a tremendous sail. A fine time was had by all. Surely we're all better sailors for more experience gained.
