• 'Upon This Rock' day schools for Water Mills and Marshes

We ran three day schools focused on the geology and architectural stratigraphy of sixteen churches in the Broads area of Norfolk. They were funded by the Water, Mills & Marshes landscape partnership programme. The events were delivered by Tim Holt-Wilson (NGP) and Dr Ian Hinton (Norfolk Historic Buildings Group), supported by Dr Andrew Tullett (WM&M). • SSSI site condition monitoring work

The NGP was commissioned by Natural England via The Geology Trusts to carry out site condition surveying work on seven sites in Norfolk: Bawsey Pit, Bramerton Pits, Glandford Letheringsett Road Pit, Grimston Warren Pit, Heacham Brick Pit, St James' Pit at Norwich, and Wretton. We also covered Orfordness in Suffolk. The work was carried out by Tim Holt-Wilson (NGP) and Jonny Stone (Ecology-Land-People), with kind permission of the landowners.
