Word Associations

1.  Word study.  Choose one word from the stack and look up that word and write the full denotative explanation (the dictionary definition).

2.  Compose a detailed paragraph explaining why you associated a particular word/phrase with the given word.  

3.  Then, write a solid paragraph about another word on the sublist, speculating as to why someone chose their word association.
