Creating a scenario for your company….
Your assignment for the hour is to create three scenarios pretending to be a customer for your business. The scenarios can be simplistic or complicated, but think about how someone may interact with your company in different ways. These scenarios should be written in Google Documents and shared with Mr. Spagnolo (preferably before you even start writing).
Example:
Charlie Green enters your store to purchase a new ______________. He has his four young children with him, who frankly, are sort of brats. Nonetheless, he is a customer and should expect great service. After helping Charlie and his rugrats find what they are looking for, they leave the store. During your time helping them, one child punches the other, one spits on the floor, another swears, and they all destroy the store. Seemingly, Charlie did nothing to stop the behavior. Obviously frustrated, the employee who helped them starts badmouthing the children and Charlie’s parenting skills using less-than-workplace-appropriate language. Your employee turns around only to see Charlie and his children still standing in the store, now looking embarrassed and angry. Charlie has filed a complaint with you expressing his mortification, and you need to hear what happened from the employee first before responding.
